- She is one of the top ten executives proficient in using over 100 core artificial intelligence algorithm models worldwide.
A few days ago, the relevant official website announced that academician ZHANG Caifang was elected foreign academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences. According to the official website, she was a post-doctoral researcher at the University of Oxford and is an influential scientist in the fields of AI and big data. She is a member of the China Affairs Committee of the Oxford Postdoctoral International Federation, President of the Global Nobel Academy of Future Sciences and Distinguished Researcher at the China Europe Institute of Economic and Technological Strategy.
Foreign academics from the Russian Academy of Sciences are required to evaluate candidates’ academic achievements and influence, as well as their status in relevant fields. They are determined through multiple rounds of rigorous academic assessment and selection processes, including academic recommendation, materials review, inquiry and understanding, expert defense, departmental voting and election, and bureau review. Finally, recognizing Academician ZHANG Caifang’s outstanding contributions to scientific research achievements and social impact in the field of AI and Big Data, she was selected by the Russian Academy of Sciences as a foreign scientist of the Section of Informatics and Cybernetics.

Research on information systems, big data analysis and technology management, AI algorithms and automation models, blockchain applications, data security, etc.
In recent years, the focus has been on the understanding and modeling of terminal system-level chips, spatial computing, interaction algorithms, knowledge graphs, image machines and other technical fields, as well as the metaverse ecological application fields of the new generation of the Internet, such as 5G+, 6G, satellite Internet and simulated virtual digital people.
Important academic contributions:
(1) Proficient in using more than 100 kinds of basic artificial intelligence core algorithm models. So far, the number of people who can master more than 100 kinds of basic core algorithm models of artificial intelligence is only single digits. She is one of the top ten executives proficient in using over 100 core artificial intelligence algorithm models worldwide.
(2) The technical solution of “Heaven and Earth Integrated Hybrid Network Model” contributed to the world, which is used to solve the communication needs of multiple users, high parallelism and large traffic.
(3) The earliest publicly proposed exploration and research was the “conic three-layer allocation theory” combining high, medium and low orbit satellites to solve the “inter-satellite high-speed problem” with new theories and methods
