ThreatBook, a global leader in AI-powered threat detection and response solutions, has been recognized as a Strong Performer in the Gartner® Peer Insights™ Voice of the Customer for Network Detection and Response (NDR) 2024 for the second consecutive year.

Voice of the Customer is a report that summarizes real customer reviews of vendors from Gartner Peer Insights for IT decision makers. This report contains highly detailed customer responses and reviews on every aspect of the NDR product, complements Gartner's expert research, and can play a key role in the buying process of security and risk management executives because it focuses on direct peer experiences implementing and operating a solution.

From 26 customer reviews spanning 18 months through June 30, 2024, ThreatBook earned the title of “Strong Performer” with an overall rating of 4.8 out of 5 and a 97 percent “willingness to recommend” rating – the second highest rating among nine vendors that met the report's inclusion criteria. We believe these ratings underscore the robust performance of our TDP threat detection platform and the superior user experience we provide.

Customers from various industries and organizations have shared their positive experiences with ThreatBook TDP on Gartner Peer Insights. In one review, a bank's head of security gave it top marks in all categories, commenting, “It provides accurate alerts and is easy to use, so our security team is no longer plagued by alerts.”

The head of IT security and risk management at a manufacturing company also gave top marks across the board in another evaluation, highlighting TDP's comprehensive asset discovery capabilities: “Threat detection is highly accurate, identifies targeted attacks and avoids alarm noise. In addition, asset sorting is comprehensive and automatic risk alerting can occur.”

ThreatBook TDP is a network detection and response platform with TI inside that delivers the most effective network security capabilities with highly accurate detection of complex attacks and automated response to help organizations address the core challenges of frontline security operations. Since its launch, ThreatBook TDP has been recognized by global enterprises for its more accurate detection capabilities, better user experience, and stronger advanced threat detection capabilities, and the product is now being used by customers in industries such as manufacturing, finance, and energy.
